• Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Consistently follow up with sphere and past clients

• Utilize CRM and technology systems effectively

• Collaborate with operational and marketing support teams

• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service

• Continue developing a referral-based business

• Active South Carolina real estate license

• Approximately 8+ closed transactions annually preferred

• Professional and client-focused approach

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
