Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with your sphere and past clients
- Leverage our database and marketing systems to stay top of mind
- Conduct listing appointments, consultations, and showings
- Delegate transaction details to our support team
- Use our technology stack to track progress and automate tasks
- Contribute to team culture and mentorship when possible
Qualifications
- Active South Carolina Real Estate License (Required)
- 2+ years of experience and consistent past production preferred
- Professional, coachable, and collaborative attitude
- Familiar with real estate CRM tools or willing to learn
- Reliable transportation and ability to work full-time
Compensation
$100,000 - $175,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
