Manage and conduct 5-10 listing appointments each week with our vibrant real estate team. We are seeking a committed and seasoned real estate agent to oversee listing appointments, which may occur virtually via Zoom or face-to-face. You will be fully supported with a detailed plan for success, encompassing lead generation, proven strategies, comprehensive systems, tools, extensive coaching, training, and strict accountability protocols. This role demands a resilient spirit and an unwavering commitment to excellence. • Graduate from KW Everett Agent Launch
• Execute KW Everett lead generations systems weekly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
• Track activities and clients in KW & Brivity Technology

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. $125,000 - $275,000 USD Yearly
