The Dow Realty Group is looking for additional Luxury Agents to join our network of established Luxury Agents around the State. We want to succeed with you as a team of high producers around the State of New Hampshire. Luxury Marketing is ever changing and challenging, there is huge economies of scale when doing it together as a team. You bring a luxury network, we bring proven methods to amplify you database into recurring business while building your individual luxury brand.

We are looking for needles in the haystack. We want people ingrained in their community. Our job is to amplify what you do well and who you are as a human. It only works for those with a proven track record and a reputation based on integrity.

The real estate business is evolving and our job is to keep up with the models, systems, tools, coaching, training and accountability that ensure success. Your job is to bring your natural talents and past success. We want you doing your money making, belly to belly activities, while we handle the details. Depending on your accomplishments to date, you may qualify day one for revenue share, health benefits, growth share, vesting and investing.

Responsibilities

  • Establish your network of Influencers
  • Establish your network of Suppliers
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems that amplify your network and past clients
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track income and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct high level, neighbor attention getting open houses monthly
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • For those who qualify and desire, coach new agents on the team

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • Team player
  • Licensed real estate professional
  • 5+ years’ of real estate sales experience
  • Database with at least 42 Past Clients
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning based, growth-minded
  • Organized
  • Willingness to share and possibly teach scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to work or hire help in a heavy tech environment

Compensation

$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
