Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings
- Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms
- Stay up-to-date with local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
- Prepare and review real estate documents, including purchase agreements and disclosures
- Utilize marketing strategies and digital platforms to promote listings and attract potential buyers
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
🔹 Minimum of 12 closed transactions in the past 12 months preferred
🔹 Proven ability to manage multiple clients and transactions
🔹 A team-oriented mindset and commitment to client success
🔹 Desire to grow personally, professionally, and financially
Compensation
$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
