• Client Representation: Serve as a reliable advisor to clients, assisting them throughout the buying, selling, and leasing processes.
• Market Analysis: Perform comprehensive market research to deliver precise and current information on property values and market trends to clients.
• Property Listings: Develop and oversee property listings, ensuring they are accurate, attractive, and consistently updated across all platforms.
• Negotiation: Expertly negotiate contracts and terms on behalf of clients to secure the most favorable outcomes.
• Networking: Cultivate and sustain a robust network of industry contacts, including fellow agents, lenders, and inspectors, to ensure seamless transactions.
• Lead Generation: Utilize proven tools and technology to generate leads and enhance lead flow.

• Valid Real Estate License in the state of Idaho
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Agent and closed 3-6 transactions
• Proven track record of successful property sales
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market in Treasure Valley and surrounding areas
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using real estate software and CRM systems
• Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the region

$120,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
