Responsibilities
• Leverage company systems and tools to maximize lead generation and streamline the sales process.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of buyers and sellers through consistent follow-ups, relationship-building, and networking.
• Consult with clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and property recommendations to meet their goals.
• Negotiate contracts and offers on behalf of clients to secure favorable outcomes.
• Prepare and execute listing presentations to win new business and expand market presence.
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and market tours to highlight properties’ best features and attract buyers.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals, share market insights, and continue learning through coaching and partner calls.
• Track activities and client information through PLACE Technology to stay organized and maintain excellent service standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and local market conditions to maintain your competitive edge.
• Participate in regular training, coaching, and team events to sharpen skills and push your career forward.
Qualifications
• Active real estate license in good standing.
• 3+ years of proven success in real estate sales, with a track record of closing deals and exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
• Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—enabling you to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in using technology and real estate software, including CRM platforms
• Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a competitive spirit and the discipline to meet deadlines.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset, committed to contributing to group success.
• Growth-oriented and coachable, willing to engage in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and skill development.
• In-depth understanding of local market trends and the ability to position clients for success in competitive environments.
Compensation
$101,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
