• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers

Our training will help you feel comfortable in negotiating at a high level on behalf of your clients.

• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

We have an amazing data entry system for you to track all of your calls/appointments.

• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments

At Hatch we teach you how to generate leads authentically and also share leads with you to maintain your craft at a high level.

• Participate in team activities per team standards

We have a great work ethic on our team and we all show up 3 or more days a week to the office. We do client events, script practice, dialing, door knocking and social media.

• Commit to coaching sessions, weekly trainings and Partner Call

We treat this job like a career and not a hobby. We will help you create a weekly calendar so you always know what to do.

$70,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
