Responsibilities
- Successfully complete PLACE Launch and adopt all systems, models, and standards within your business.
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems consistently each week to build and convert your database.
- Consult with buyers to identify needs, secure signed agreements, and guide them through the purchase process.
- Consult with sellers, secure listings, and implement effective marketing, pricing, and negotiation strategies.
- Negotiate offers skillfully on behalf of clients to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Track and manage all activities and transactions within PLACE Technology (Brivity Platform).
- Host at least two open houses per month to attract new clients and grow your database.
- Convert all prospecting and lead generation activities into qualified appointments.
- Participate in weekly script and skill practice to refine conversion and communication mastery.
- Engage fully in team activities, accountability sessions, and company events according to team standards.
- Commit to ongoing growth through weekly 1:1 coaching, team training, and Partner Calls.
- Leverage PLACE tools and systems to grow your production and team, focusing on leadership and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- You are a motivated and growth-minded real estate professional with a proven track record in sales and client service.
- You have a competitive, entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a high-performance, accountability-driven environment.
- You excel at building relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Prospecting, lead generation, and conversion are among your strongest skill sets.
- You are an excellent communicator—confident, professional, and service-oriented.
- You are a team player who embraces collaboration, training, and coaching to accelerate results.
- Active real estate license with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in residential real estate sales.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and effective at managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Learning-based and open to mastering proven systems, models, scripts, and dialogues.
- Strong time management skills with a focus on results, growth, and client satisfaction.
Compensation
$100,000 - $170,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
