Responsibilities
- Leverage PLACE's commercial real estate systems and models weekly
- Source and convert commercial leads into signed representation agreements
- Evaluate properties, market trends, zoning, and investment returns to advise clients
- Negotiate leases, purchases, and sales of commercial assets on behalf of clients
- Maintain detailed activity and client data in PLACE Technology platform
- Conduct property tours, site analyses, and due diligence
- Participate in regular team masterminds, coaching, and accountability calls
- Collaborate with other agents, vendors, and stakeholders to manage complex transactions
- Attend local and regional networking events and commercial forums
- Provide top-tier consultative service to clients and long-term investors
Qualifications
- Active Arizona real estate license with a commercial focus
- Minimum of 3+ years of commercial real estate experience
- Proven track record of successful closings in office, retail, industrial, or investment sectors
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
- Deep understanding of market research, cap rates, and valuation strategies
- Tech-savvy and systems-oriented
- Collaborative mindset with a high level of professionalism
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Growth-minded and committed to continuous improvement
Compensation
$75,000 - $145,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
