Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
  • Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date property information
  • Coordinate and lead property showings, open houses, and client meetings
  • Negotiate contracts and offers to achieve favorable terms for clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies
  • Stay informed on local real estate trends, regulations, and best practices to provide expert guidance to clients

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent
  • Proven track record of consistent sales performance and client satisfaction
  • Strong knowledge of the Scottsdale real estate market and surrounding areas
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Proficient with real estate CRM software and digital marketing tools
  • Valid real estate license in the state of Arizona
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to professional growth
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and transactions simultaneously
  • Familiarity with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development programs
  • Reliable transportation and flexible schedule to accommodate client needs

Compensation

$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
