Responsibilities

  • Maintain team lead’s schedule
  • Maintain team calendar
  • Prepare listing presentations and CMA’s
  • Reconcile expenses and prepare expense reports 
  • Organize and respond to team lead’s correspondence
  • Open and distribute mail
  • Prepare all marketing mailings 
  • Answer phones
  • Handle client inquiries and complaints
  • Maintain supplies, office equipment and software
  • Engage in PLACE Operations onboarding and ongoing consulting 
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call

Compensation

$50,000 - $75,000 CAD Yearly
