Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored support and guidance throughout their home-buying process.
  • Use our tools and strategies to effectively convert leads into committed buyer agreements, ensuring a continuous flow of clients.
  • Perform detailed research to identify properties that meet the specific requirements of our buyers, offering expert advice and insights.
  • Employ strong negotiation skills to handle offers efficiently, securing the best outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Implement our advanced PLACE Technology to streamline the organization and management of client tasks and transactions.
  • Organize and conduct at least two open houses each month to foster relationships and expand your professional network.
  • Regularly engage in script practice sessions to enhance your communication skills and improve client interactions, while participating in team activities to foster a supportive and progressive work environment.

Compensation

$80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
