To recruit outstanding agents who resonate with our mission and are eager to excel. Every action you take—whether it's networking, marketing, building relationships, or conducting outreach—should focus on one objective: enhancing our team with the right individuals.

What Success Looks Like in This Role

We believe in clear goals and clear wins. You’ll know you’re crushing it when:

You are consistently adding qualified people to our pipeline and converting them into hires.

You hit monthly and quarterly recruitment goals, focusing on both experienced agents and high-potential new licensees.

Our team grows by 2 agents per quarter and is on track for our 1 year & 5 year growth goals.

Your relationships drive referrals, bringing in recruits who are already primed to say YES.

You build a recruitment system that is efficient, trackable, and consistently delivers top talent.

Base salary of $50,000-$60,000, plus performance-based bonuses that can reach up to an additional $150,000 annually for top performers.

What You’ll Own:

🔹 Find the Right People – You will actively search for and attract real estate agents, whether they’re seasoned professionals, newly licensed, or career changers ready to dominate the industry. You’ll know where to find them, how to connect, and what to say to get them interested.

🔹 Build Relationships that Convert – You’ll network, engage, and maintain connections with potential recruits through real estate schools, social media, events, and direct outreach. Every interaction moves them closer to saying YES.

🔹 Sell the Opportunity – Our team is the best place for agents to grow, and you will tell that story in a way that makes top talent want in. Whether it’s through conversations, social media campaigns, or career events, you will make our value proposition impossible to ignore.

🔹 Expand Beyond Real Estate – You’ll develop a targeted recruitment strategy to attract professionals from other industries with transferable skills—sales, customer service, military, finance, education, and more—and create a seamless transition plan for them to enter the industry.

🔹 Create a Recruiting Machine – From hosting career nights to managing digital campaigns and tracking leads in a CRM, you’ll build and refine a repeatable system that consistently delivers new talent to our pipeline.
