Your Opportunity

We are seeking a Director of Sales with a strong track record of generating business through proactive sales skills. This is a "player-coach" role. You will maintain your own high-volume production while recruiting, coaching, and leading our agents to increase their sales. You must excel at core lead generation activities: prospecting, phone calls, open houses, database nurturing, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Personal Production: Execute daily, time-blocked lead generation (calls, SOI, expired listings, FSBOs, and open houses) to meet your personal sales targets.
  • Team Sales Growth: Lead the team to hit and exceed revenue targets. Foster a competitive, high-production sales culture.
  • Recruiting: Prospect, interview, and onboard capable real estate agents to expand the team.
  • Coaching & Mentoring: Train the team on scripting, objection handling, and closing techniques. Run regular role-play sessions.
  • Lead Management: Implement and oversee systematic lead nurturing and follow-up protocols for both yourself and the team.
  • Accountability: Track daily agent metrics (dials, contacts, appointments, and agreements). Conduct weekly 1-on-1 performance reviews.

Qualifications

Proven Track Record: Verifiable history of high-volume real estate sales generated from proactive prospecting rather than inbound leads.

  • Leadership Experience: Driven to help others succeed. Demonstrated ability to motivate agents, improve conversion rates, and manage a team.
  • Prospecting & Recruiting Skills: Highly proficient in phone sales and direct outreach for both client acquisition and agent recruitment.
  • Systems-Oriented: Expertise in time-blocking, CRM management, and structured lead generation.
  • Licensed Professional: Active Real Estate License in [State] is required.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to track metrics and analyze conversion rates to optimize team performance.

Compensation

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
