Responsibilities

  • Attract and recruit new sales talent while engaging in PLACE Talent Attraction Consulting and implementing systems.
  • Analyze agent activity to create personalized success plans and coach sales professionals, ensuring accountability for goal achievement.
  • Develop expert knowledge in mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all other homeownership-related subjects.
  • Commit to the following weekly: Agent Coaching, Trainings, Partner Calls, and Leadership development trainings through PLACE programs.
  • Become proficient in PLACE technology to ensure our sales professionals effectively utilize database capabilities and manage their leads according to our standards.
  • Oversee negotiations, "doctor" deals, and ensure contracts are executed successfully.
  • Drive sales growth by maintaining and creating CRM campaigns, while continuously consulting with clients and pushing towards yearly sales goals.

Qualifications

You are a natural leader with a proven track record of success in real estate sales. Your passion lies in helping others achieve their goals through coaching and mentoring, all while pursuing your own success. In addition to developing talent, you have a knack for attracting individuals to limitless opportunities.

Compensation

$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
