You’ll serve as the concierge of the office—assisting agents, welcoming guests, coordinating communications, and helping create an energetic and professional environment for our growing real estate team.

Responsibilities
Front Desk, Hospitality & Communication
• Greet guests, agents, and clients with a warm, professional demeanor—both in person and over the phone.
• Manage incoming calls, voicemail, and email communication.
• Maintain office presentation to ensure a clean, polished, and welcoming environment.
• Serve as a culture ambassador and provide an exceptional experience to anyone interacting with the Market Center.
Agent & Office Support
• Assist agents with onboarding, paperwork, licensing requirements, and Market Center setup.
• Support agent needs such as printer setup, DocuSign questions, Wi-Fi help, email setup, and basic troubleshooting (training provided).
• Assist with managing onboarding checklists, access systems, mail distribution, name tags, business cards, and essential first-week needs.
Technology, Marketing & Coordination
• Create and manage the Market Center training calendar (print & digital).
• Assist with flyers, event promotions, Canva graphics, and updating social media posts and office announcements.
• Prepare slides and digital media for team meetings.
• Support the Vendor Partner Program, including communication and event coordination.
Office & Administrative Operations
• Maintain supplies, order inventory, and coordinate vendor services when needed.
• Ensure required compliance documents are completed, processed, and organized.
• Track key data for leadership and communicate updates to the team effectively.
• Work closely with Market Center leadership to support office goals and culture initiatives.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills
• Customer-service oriented with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech Savvy—comfortable learning new programs and assisting others with them.
• Experience with:
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
• Google Workspace/G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.)
• Canva (basic design)
• Positive, solution-based mindset with the ability to think critically.
• Coachable, self-aware, and eager to learn and grow.
• Excellent time management and organization—able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Strong initiative with the ability to anticipate needs before being asked.

Schedule & Compensation
• Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:30am-5pm
Compensation
$21.00 - $23.00 USD Hourly
