• Engage in PLACE New Agent Launch to master PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts.
• Nurture and transform incoming sales inquiries into scheduled appointments.
• Develop and convert outbound sales prospects into appointments.
• Assess leads to communicate motivation and financial details to real estate sales agents.
• Oversee database management and productivity reporting.
• Dedicate time to skill enhancement through education and script practice.
• Establish yourself as a local real estate expert.
• Participate in weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
• Monitor activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology.

• Outstanding ability to build rapport and enthusiasm for engaging with people
