Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new commercial real estate opportunities through market research and networking
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties, ensuring their needs and goals are met
- Prepare and present detailed property proposals, market analyses, and financial reports to clients
- Negotiate terms and contracts between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to achieve favorable outcomes
- Coordinate property showings, inspections, and closings while maintaining clear communication with all parties
- Stay current on local market trends, zoning laws, and commercial real estate regulations to provide expert advice
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, and community stakeholders to grow the business
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Commercial Realtor or in a similar real estate role
- Valid real estate license in the state of Texas
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate market trends and property types
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market data and prepare detailed property reports
- Proficient in real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Demonstrated success in closing commercial real estate transactions
- Familiarity with local zoning laws, regulations, and property management practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Willingness to travel locally as needed for property showings and client meetings
Compensation
$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
