• Identify and develop new commercial real estate opportunities through market research and networking
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties, ensuring their needs and goals are met
• Prepare and present detailed property proposals, market analyses, and financial reports to clients
• Negotiate terms and contracts between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to achieve favorable outcomes
• Coordinate property showings, inspections, and due diligence processes with all parties involved
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, zoning laws, and commercial real estate regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, and community stakeholders to foster business growth

• Proven experience as a Commercial Real Estate Agent or similar role
• Valid real estate license in the state of Colorado
• Strong knowledge of commercial property types, market trends, and investment analysis
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
• Proficient in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with local zoning laws, regulations, and commercial real estate contracts
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
• Ability to travel within the Greenwood Village area and surrounding regions
