• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Identify and evaluate properties to buy, sell, and lease
• Create and maintain property listings and marketing materials
• Negotiate deals and contracts on behalf of clients
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Advise clients in the development and execution of their real estate investment and leasing strategies.
• Formulate thoughtful analyses of client properties, including broker opinion of value (BOV), market comparables, and research.
• Negotiate exclusive listing agreements and purchase-and-sale agreements.
• Prepare and manage documentation and internal databases to ensure the most up-to-date property and client information.
• Reports to the Commercial Division Director.

• Excellent knowledge of the Albuquerque Metro commercial property market
• Well-developed communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong ability to multitask, solve problems creatively, and bounce back quickly from rejection.
• High levels of personal responsibility, and honesty
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
• Active real estate license

$70,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
