Responsibilities
What You’ll Do 📝
🔍 Work closely with motivated buyers to help them find their dream home
💬 Build strong relationships through lead follow-up and client care
🏠 Host open houses and show homes
📈 Use PLACE systems to manage your pipeline and track success
🎯 Negotiate offers and close deals that create win-win outcomes
🧠 Attend weekly coaching, script training, and partner calls

Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table 🧠💼
✔️ Active (or in-process) Texas Real Estate License – required to join, not to apply
✔️ Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
✔️ Positive, collaborative attitude – you’re a team player who shows up
✔️ Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues that convert
✔️ Excellent time management and organizational skills
✔️ Learning-based and always looking to improve
✔️ Industry experience preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right person
Compensation
$65,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
