• Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
• Manage and follow up on leads and opportunities provided by the team
• Host two open houses each month
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team standards
• Take part in team activities as outlined by team standards
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
• Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties
• Draft and negotiate offers for your clients
• Monitor activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology

• You possess a natural drive and competitive edge in sales.
• Skilled at establishing connections, understanding client needs, and finding solutions.
• Proficient in prospecting and generating leads.
• Naturally adept at handling objections.
• Exceptional communicator with a dedication to service.
• Collaborative team member.
• Holds an active Colorado Real Estate License.
• Excellent in both written and spoken communication.

• Highly organized.

• Outstanding time management abilities.
• Prior industry experience is a plus.

$60,000 - $110,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
