Buyer’s Agent Position – Join a Proven, High-Performing Real Estate Team
The Hudson Stonegate Team is seeking driven Buyer’s Agents who want to accelerate their production and long-term success. You’ll plug into a well-established, high-output environment supported by a steady pipeline of pre-qualified leads, allowing you to build traction fast and convert more clients.
You’ll collaborate with experienced top producers while utilizing our optimized systems, modern tech stack, structured training, and practical coaching. Our approach combines accountability, clarity, and ongoing support to help you grow consistently and predictably.
We’re looking for agents dedicated to building a strong real estate career. As you scale your business within our team, you’ll have access to professional mentorship, revenue share opportunities, health benefit options, performance-based incentives, and paths toward equity participation.
Responsibilities
- Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
- Manage and follow up on leads and opportunities provided by the team
- Host two open houses each month
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team standards
- Take part in team activities as outlined by team standards
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
- Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties
- Draft and negotiate offers for your clients
- Monitor activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology
Qualifications
- You possess a natural drive and competitive edge in sales.
- Skilled at establishing connections, understanding client needs, and finding solutions.
- Proficient in prospecting and generating leads.
- Naturally adept at handling objections.
- Exceptional communicator with a dedication to service.
- Collaborative team member.
- Holds an active Colorado Real Estate License.
- Excellent in both written and spoken communication.
- Eager to learn and focused on growth.
- Highly organized.
- Open to learning scripts and dialogues.
- Outstanding time management abilities.
- Prior industry experience is a plus.
Compensation
$60,000 - $110,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
