Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Work with qualified buyers to find their ideal home in the Nashville area.
  • Manage the entire buying process from consultation to closing.
  • Conduct property tours, write offers, negotiate contracts, and advise clients every step of the way.
  • Follow up relentlessly on leads provided by the team, as well as generate opportunities through your own prospecting.
  • Track activities, conversions, and pipeline in our proven systems.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Tennessee real estate license.
  • 1–3+ years of real estate experience preferred, but we’re open to high-drive newer agents with a proven track record of hustle.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High level of personal accountability and the ability to follow through.
  • Desire to grow, learn, and contribute to a team environment.

Compensation

  • Commission-based with earning potential of $100,000+ annually.
  • No desk fees or marketing fees — we invest in you.
