Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Follow proven lead generation systems weekly
- Convert leads into signed buyer clients
- Guide buyers through the entire home search process
- Show homes and host at least 2 open houses per month
- Write and negotiate offers with confidence
- Manage your pipeline using our CRM (Brivity)
- Participate in weekly trainings, script practice, and team activities
- Attend 1:1 coaching sessions and accountability meetings
- Build strong relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For
- Licensed Texas Real Estate Agent (or in process)
- Strong communicator who connects easily with people
- Competitive, driven, and goal-oriented
- Coachable and open to learning proven systems
- Organized with solid time management skills
- Comfortable with prospecting and handling objections
- Team player with a growth mindset
Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
