• Utilize PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
• Conduct two open houses every month
• Convert prospects and leads into scheduled appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice sessions
• Actively participate in team events
• Attend weekly coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
• Guide buyers, obtain agreements, and locate suitable homes
• Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of buyers
• Employ PLACE Technology to monitor activities and manage client information

• Driven sales professional with a competitive spirit
• Adept at establishing connections and finding solutions
• Experienced in prospecting and generating leads
• Talented at handling objections with ease
• Effective communicator committed to exceptional service

• Holds a valid real estate license
• Outstanding written and spoken communication skills

$40,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
