• Assist clients in identifying and purchasing residential properties that meet their needs and budget
• Conduct thorough market research and provide clients with up-to-date information on available properties
• Schedule and accompany clients on property showings and open houses
• Negotiate purchase offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms
• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and answer questions throughout the buying process
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices to provide expert guidance

• Valid real estate license in the state of California
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Buyers Agent or in a similar real estate role
• Strong knowledge of the El Dorado Hills and surrounding real estate markets
• Proven track record of successfully closing residential property transactions
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service and building lasting relationships
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Familiarity with local zoning laws, financing options, and property inspection processes
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
