Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients to fully understand their real estate objectives and needs.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify promising properties and emerging trends.
• Assist clients in negotiations to secure the most favorable deals.
• Develop and present detailed property listings and marketing materials.
• Stay informed about current real estate laws and regulatory changes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with effective time management.
• A valid real estate license is preferred.

• Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
• Host a minimum of two open houses each month
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in weekly script rehearsals following team guidelines
• Actively take part in team events and initiatives as required
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in home selection
• Prepare and negotiate purchase offers for clients
• Monitor and document activities and client information using PLACE Technology

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
