Responsibilities

  • Complete the PLACE Launch program
  • Use PLACE lead generation systems each week
  • Guide buyers through the process, securing signed agreements and finding homes
  • Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
  • Keep track of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
  • Host two open houses every month
  • Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments
  • Join weekly script practice sessions as per team standards
  • Engage in team activities according to team standards
  • Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls
  • Advise sellers, secure listings, and market homes effectively
  • Show expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services

Qualifications

  • You possess a natural drive and competitive edge, thriving in sales environments.
  • You excel at establishing connections, actively listening to clients' needs, and identifying effective solutions.
  • Prospecting and generating leads are among your core strengths.
  • You have a knack for overcoming objections with ease.
  • You are an exceptional communicator, both in writing and verbally, and are dedicated to providing outstanding service.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Must hold a valid real estate license.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
  • Committed to continuous learning and personal growth.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Open to learning and implementing scripts and dialogues.
  • Exceptional time management skills, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Compensation

$75,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
