Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on property values, trends, and competitive listings.
  • Prepare and present detailed property listings, including high-quality photos and accurate descriptions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for clients while adhering to legal requirements.
  • Coordinate property showings and open houses, providing potential buyers with comprehensive information and tours.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals to foster a network of referrals and repeat business.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, track leads, and follow up on potential opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Real Estate License: Must hold a valid real estate license in the state of Florida.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or property management.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with a proven track record of client satisfaction.

Compensation

$100,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
