Responsibilities

  • Learn about the company's processes and procedures, as well as how to effectively communicate with potential clients.
  • Continuously improve your skills and knowledge through ongoing education and practice with scripts.
  • Be able to become a local expert and knowledgeable about communities, schools, amenities, and other important factors that may impact a buyer's decision to purchase a property.
  • Participate in weekly coaching sessions and trainings, you will receive valuable feedback, learn new strategies, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • By using the PLACE Technology, you will keep track of your progress, monitor your results, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

To excel as an Inside Sales Agent, it's important to be an excellent communicator and be able to build rapport with potential clients.

  • Be able to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, both in written and verbal communication.
  • Be able to communicate effectively and professionally on the phone.
  • Be able to demonstrate a track record of success in meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Have a competitive mindset, a strong work ethic, and the ability to stay focused and motivated in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be able to manage your time effectively and stay organized.
  • A real estate license is required

Compensation

$125,000 - $135,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
