The Branch Manager oversees daily operations, sales, and performance of the mortgage lending branch. This role demands a dynamic leader with in-depth mortgage industry knowledge, strong sales skills, and exceptional management capabilities. The Branch Manager will lead a team to achieve branch goals, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management:
    • Lead, coach, and mentor loan officers and support staff.
    • Foster a productive work environment.
    • Develop strategies to meet sales and profitability targets.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Drive business growth through proactive sales and relationship building.
    • Pursue new business opportunities in the local market.
    • Maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and referral sources.
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Ensure efficient branch operations in line with company policies.
    • Manage the loan pipeline for timely processing and closing.
    • Implement marketing initiatives to enhance branch visibility and customer acquisition.
  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Maintain a customer-centric culture.
    • Deliver accurate and timely mortgage solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure branch operations comply with regulations.
    • Enforce company policies on loan origination and processing.
    • Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance and improve processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and referral partners.
  • Proficiency in mortgage lending software and MS Office applications.

Compensation

$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
