Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
  • Host a minimum of two open houses per month
  • Convert leads into buyer consultations and signed agreements
  • Show homes and write offers that win
  • Negotiate effectively on behalf of your clients
  • Attend weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings, and team meetings
  • Track pipeline and performance using PLACE Technology

You're a motivated real estate professional who thrives in a team setting. You love serving clients, hitting goals, and growing personally and professionally. You communicate clearly, take ownership of your results, and are ready to follow a proven model.

Qualifications:

  • Active real estate license (or in progress)
  • Competitive, self-driven, and coachable
  • Organized with strong time management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Open to learning scripts and improving daily
  • Real estate experience preferred but not required

Compensation

$50,000 - $99,000 USD Yearly
