Responsibilities

  • Execute Strategic Partners lead generation systems weekly  
  • Conduct a minimum of two open houses monthly 
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in daily skill building sessions per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and partner call
  • Consult with clients, convert with signed agreements and implement strategic plan
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your clients
  • Track activities and clients with Strategic Partners Technology

Qualifications

  • Real Estate License: Must hold an active real estate license in the state of New York.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in real estate sales with a proven track record of closing 13-24 units per year.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, NYS Real Estate course completion, and required continuing education.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with a proven track record of client satisfaction.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM systems).
  • Negotiation Skills: Demonstrate ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Rochester real estate market and surrounding areas.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Professionalism: High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Compensation

$50,000 - $98,000 USD Yearly
