Responsibilities
- Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments
- Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments
- Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents
- Manage database and productivity reports
- Commit to skill development through education and script practice
- Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology
Qualifications
You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals.
- Exceptional telephone skills
- Sales experience tracking to a quota
- Ability to learn and internalize scripts
- Team player
Valid Texas real estate license required to join the team (*but not to apply*)
Compensation
$30,000 - $50,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
