Your Opportunity
We are seeking an Internal AI Solutions Lead—a distinctive role that blends the expertise of a Sales Engineer with the mindset of a Tech Entrepreneur.
In this position, you will serve as the essential technical liaison connecting our AI core team with various business units. Acting like an internal founder or sales engineer, you will engage directly with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and more to thoroughly understand their workflows and challenges. You will swiftly develop functional AI prototypes and tools, and effectively communicate complex technical concepts into straightforward, compelling value propositions that non-technical teams can easily embrace.
Please note: This role is NOT a conventional ML/AI Engineer or model development/research position. It is ideal for a pragmatic, agile developer who thrives on transforming business complexities into rapid AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications
- Solid technical background demonstrated either by software development experience involving writing clean, maintainable code and quickly delivering functional tools/applications, OR through roles in technical sales, solutions engineering, or tech business combined with practical coding and prototyping skills
- Direct experience creating rapid prototypes or MVPs using platforms like Replit, VS Code, Cloud Code, or comparable environments
- Applied knowledge of large language models (LLMs), AI agents, automation, and generative AI technologies focused on addressing real-world business challenges (deep theoretical knowledge or training pipeline expertise not required)
- Strong expertise in business workflows — experienced in collaborating with non-technical teams to analyze complex processes, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable specifications
- Exceptional communication abilities — capable of conveying technical ideas in straightforward language and fostering adoption, embodying a true Sales Engineer approach
- Entrepreneurial drive — self-motivated, resourceful, takes full ownership, and thrives on delivering impactful results within short timeframes
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple cross-functional projects and coordinate diverse stakeholders simultaneously
- Proven track record of serving as a liaison between technical teams and business units, particularly in roles involving internal tools, solutions engineering, or similar functions
Compensation
$80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
