Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client experiences by guiding buyers and sellers through the entire real estate process with professionalism, care, and expert market knowledge.
- Generate and nurture client relationships through lead follow-up, networking, and consistent communication to build a strong pipeline of business.
- Utilize our proven systems, tools, and models to execute effective listing, showing, and negotiation strategies that deliver results.
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and accountability sessions to continuously improve your skills and stay ahead in the market.
- Collaborate with a high-performing team of real estate professionals to share knowledge, celebrate wins, and foster a culture of excellence.

- Active Arizona Real Estate License (or the ability to obtain one quickly).

Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
