Responsibilities
- Assist clients in identifying and purchasing residential properties that meet their needs and budget.
- Conduct thorough market research and provide clients with up-to-date information on available properties and market trends.
- Schedule and coordinate property showings, inspections, and appraisals with clients and other real estate professionals.
- Negotiate purchase offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Guide clients through the entire home buying process, including financing, inspections, and closing procedures.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other industry professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations throughout the buying process.
Qualifications
- Valid New Mexico real estate license required
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a buyer’s agent or in a related real estate role
- Strong knowledge of the Albuquerque and greater New Mexico real estate market
- Proven ability to negotiate and close real estate transactions effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service and building long-term relationships
- Familiarity with local real estate laws, contracts, and regulations
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule to accommodate client needs
Compensation
$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
