• Assist clients in identifying and purchasing residential properties that meet their needs and budget.
• Conduct thorough market research and provide clients with up-to-date information on available properties and market trends.
• Schedule and coordinate property showings, inspections, and appraisals with clients and other real estate professionals.
• Negotiate purchase offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Guide clients through the entire home buying process, including financing, inspections, and closing procedures.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other industry professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations throughout the buying process.

• Valid New Mexico real estate license required
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a buyer’s agent or in a related real estate role
• Strong knowledge of the Albuquerque and greater New Mexico real estate market
• Proven ability to negotiate and close real estate transactions effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service and building long-term relationships
• Familiarity with local real estate laws, contracts, and regulations
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule to accommodate client needs

$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
