Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a robust client base through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts
  • Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers
  • Negotiate contracts and offers between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms
  • Stay informed on local market trends, property values, and financing options to advise clients effectively
  • Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Utilize Castle Real Estate Group’s resources and tools to develop personalized wealth-building strategies for clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and market data in compliance with company policies and regulations

Qualifications

  • Valid real estate license in the state of Arizona
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in residential or commercial real estate sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to build wealth through real estate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Reliable transportation and flexible schedule to accommodate client needs
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high ethical standards

Compensation

$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
