Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Launch program
- Consistently apply PLACE lead generation strategies weekly
- Consult with buyers, secure signed agreements, and identify ideal properties
- Negotiate offers on behalf of buyers and sellers
- Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Host a minimum of two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation into scheduled appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice aligned with team standards
- Engage fully in team activities following established guidelines
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Consult with sellers, convert leads into listings, and market properties effectively
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing, staging, and other listing services
Qualifications
You are a self-driven sales professional with a competitive spirit. Building rapport, active listening, and problem-solving come naturally to you. Prospecting and lead generation are your strengths, and handling objections is second nature. You communicate clearly and are committed to delivering outstanding service.
- Strong team collaborator
- Licensed real estate agent
- At least 3 years of real estate sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Growth mindset and eagerness to learn
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn and use scripts and dialogues
- Exceptional time management skills
Compensation
$100,000 - $160,000 USD annually
This is a commission-based position.

Responsibilities
