Responsibilities

  • Attract and hire new sales talent to the Spinelli Residential Group
  • Coach and train all new sales professionals, holding them accountable to achieving their goal
  • Ensure that new sales professionals are capitalizing on database capabilities and leads
  • Oversee negotiations for all contracts of new sales agents
  • Continue to grow as a real estate sales professional through prospecting and consulting with clients
  • Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, Partner Call and leadership training

Qualifications

  • Real estate license
  • 5+ years of industry and sales experience preferred
  • 3+ years of management experience preferred
  • Accountability-based leadership driving people to achieve goals
  • Excellent at building rapport
  • Able to build and lead a team
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning based
  • College graduate preferred

Compensation

$89,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
