As a Live Free agent, you will:

• Convert leads into appointments and signed clients
• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

You will never be doing this alone. You will have structure, coaching, and support behind you at every stage.

WHO IS A GOOD fit:

You are a team player
You are licensed or actively working toward your license
You have 2 plus years of experience or at least 12 transactions in the last year
You are coachable and growth minded
You value learning and improving your craft
You communicate well and take ownership of your business
You want to build something long term, not just close a few deals

$90,000 - $175,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
