• Graduate from “New / Experienced Agent Launch” Program
• Work with new agents on objection handling 
• Provide detailed, written feedback on agent performance
• Assist agents with writing & negotiating offers 
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in daily script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly training
• Track tasks and activities in our database
