This is a remote contract role for a Real Estate Agent at Fathom Realty. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales activities, and handling real property details on behalf of clients.

This is a remote contract role for a Real Estate Agent at Fathom Realty. You will be conducting real estate sales activities including, but not limited to:

- marketing listings 

- advertising

- showing homes, setting up showings

- attending listing appointments\

- holding open houses

- handling contracts

- responding to inquiries, current clients, leads, and other business professionals

- and other necessary Real Estate Agent tasks to help your clients buy and sell homes

You will be independent from a team, and will have a lot of flexibility, while having the support that you need, when you need it. 

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

3+ years’ of real estate sales experience preferred
