Maintain and update Brivity & CINC CRM with lead notes, follow-up tasks, and activity tracking

Follow proven scripts and dialogue while tailoring communication to each lead

Track lead conversion metrics and continuously improve performance

Schedule and confirm appointments for agents on the team

Assist in building long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication

You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals.

Experience with Client Relationship Manager (CRM) Software

Ability to familiarize with CINC and Brivity CRM

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Sales experience tracking to a quota

Prospect and lead generate weekly
