Preferred Qualifications

Active North Carolina Real Estate License

Strong communication, relationship-building, and client service skills

Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of personal accountability

Growth-oriented, coachable, and eager to participate in ongoing training and professional development

Excellent time management, organization, and follow-through

Comfortable learning and utilizing CRM systems, AI-powered technology, digital marketing, and other real estate tools

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure

Professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to ethical business practices

Previous sales, customer service, business ownership, or real estate experience is preferred but not required
