ICON real estate team is hiring 1 highly competent Listing Specialist to join our team. Must have Active Real Estate License + Closed a minimum of 9 transactions within the past 12 months.

As a Listing Specialist, our ISA's arrange listing appointments for you into your Calendly. Our Indiana Team is currently generating 4-7 listing appointments per week. We only hire two in each market, to ensure you are loaded with listings.

We provide a state of the art CRM - Brivity - to nurture and grow your business. You will be assisted by our experienced Transaction Coordinator to help with documentation and compliance. Our team structure is an opportunity model, meaning as you grow, we grow with you by providing continued opportunities to assist in your expansion as a Realtor.

We have high expectations of our team, so please do not apply if you are not willing to work hard and get uncomfortable at times! Your greatest success on the other side of your comfort zone.

**Requirements

- Must have active Indiana Real Estate License

- Must have current MIBOR membership

-Must have reliable vehicle and current driver's license

- Must have at least 9 properties sold in the past 12 months

- Must be able to serve the Indianapolis metro and surrounding areas

- Team splits are 50/50
