ICON Real Estate Team is seeking a highly skilled Listing Specialist to become a valued member of our dynamic team. Candidates must hold an active Real Estate License and have successfully closed at least 9 transactions within the last 12 months.

In this role, our Inside Sales Agents (ISAs) coordinate listing appointments directly into your Calendly, with our team currently generating between 4 to 7 appointments weekly. We limit our hires to two specialists per market to ensure a steady flow of listings for each agent.

We equip you with cutting-edge tools, including the Brivity CRM, designed to help you cultivate and expand your business. Additionally, our seasoned Transaction Coordinator supports you with documentation and compliance, allowing you to focus on client relationships. Our team operates on an opportunity-based model, meaning your growth as a Realtor is supported and encouraged through ongoing opportunities.

Requirements

• Active Real Estate License
• Current MLS membership
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Minimum of 9 closed sales in the past 12 months
• Team commission splits are 50/50
