Coastal Communities Realty is seeking an experienced Florida broker or established team leader to step into a Regional Broker Partner opportunity serving the Panhandle.

This role is designed for a growth-minded real estate professional who wants to help expand the company’s regional presence while recruiting and supporting agents and continuing to build personal production.

Ideal candidates hold an active Florida Broker real estate license, maintain current or recent sales activity, and have experience leading a team. The position is open to professionals located anywhere from Pensacola to Mexico Beach or Cape San Blas.

Compensation is tied to production and increases as both your business and the region grow.
